Aabas AI, operated by Aabas AI Technologies, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Our payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all Aabas AI orders. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and locate your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
• Contact us at hello@aabasai.com and we will forward your request to Paddle.

After the 30-day period

Beyond 30 days, refunds may be granted at our discretion in the event of duplicate charges, billing errors, or extended service outages. Otherwise you can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future renewals; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing page inside your account or via Paddle. After cancellation you retain access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
