These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Aabas AI service (the "Service"), operated by Aabas AI Technologies ("Aabas AI", "we", "us" or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Aabas AI provides AI-assisted affiliate content tools including keyword research, article generation, internal linking, distribution utilities, and a public blog. Features and limits vary by plan.

2. Eligibility & Account

You must be of legal age to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction, and if you register on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind it. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:

• use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or spam activity;
• infringe intellectual property or other rights of third parties;
• upload malware, probe or scan for vulnerabilities, scrape, or otherwise interfere with the security or integrity of the Service;
• attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the Service;
• circumvent plan limits, rate limits, or other technical controls.

4. Intellectual Property

Aabas AI and its licensors retain all right, title and interest in and to the Service, including all software, documentation, trademarks, and branding. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with your selected plan.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you input into the Service and the outputs you publish. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display your content solely to operate and provide the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to the inputs you provide and for how you use the outputs, including verifying accuracy before relying on them.

6. AI Outputs

The Service uses generative AI. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a given purpose, and should not be relied on for regulated professional advice (legal, medical, financial, etc.) without independent review. You must not use the Service to generate illegal content, deepfakes intended to deceive, hate speech, malware, or to jailbreak or bypass safety systems of underlying models. We may filter, restrict, or refuse outputs, and remove content or suspend accounts that repeatedly violate these rules or third-party rights. Rights-holders may contact us at hello@aabasai.com to report infringing content.

7. Payment, Billing, Taxes & Refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service enquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, taxes, subscription renewal, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms and our Refund Policy.

8. Service Level

We work hard to keep the Service running, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, all implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) are disclaimed.

9. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; we may provide a reasonable window to export your data before deletion.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability under or in connection with these Terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (such as for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence).

11. Indemnity

You will indemnify and hold Aabas AI Technologies harmless from claims arising out of your content, your use of the Service in breach of these Terms, or your unlawful conduct.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the Service or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the seat of Aabas AI Technologies, and disputes will be resolved by the competent courts there, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
